About the job

As a Compensation & Benefits Consultant in CompVision you will:

  • Lead and design complex projects in some of the leading Israeli companies working with the most senior levels including compensation committees.

  • Work together with other team members (usually in pairs) on various rewards design projects – sales incentives design, annual bonus design, executive compensation policy, job architecture, based on clients’ needs (can be private or public companies traded in TASE, NASDAQ or LSE).

  • Prepare or guide other team member is preparing Excel simulations and simulators supporting consulting projects, such as – incentives simulators, annual bonus simulations, equity allocation simulations.

  • Participate and present in meetings with clients, in all seniority levels – leaders, management, CEO’s and board of directors meetings.

  • Work directly with clients stakeholders, including – managers, VP HR’s, CFO’s, CEO’s and board members.
  • Have opportunities to develop professionally to the highest proficiency level in compensation and benefits.

What will you bring:

  •  7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits – Must!

  • Compensation & Benefits Manager or Consulting experience – Advantage

  • Project Manager experience – Advantage

  • High-Tech or International companies experience – Advantage

  • Excellent communication Skills, fully capable to write and verbally express in both Hebrew and English, Proven track record of working in English – speaking, reading and writing in a proficient level – Must!

  • Strong Excel skills (including complex functions, pivot tables)

  • Ability to work flexibly, including in unusual hours

  • Mobility and driving license

  • An English presentation will be part of the recruitment process.
