Founder and CEO
Avi established Compvision in 2003 and serve as the CEO of the company ever since.
Prior to setting up the Company Avi served as VP HR at three large hi-tech companies – Orbotec, Sapiens and Applied Materials.
Avi is one of Israel’s most outstanding leading experts in consulting and assisting companies and organizations in their dealings regarding total remuneration strategies and plans.
Since Compvision was established and until today Avi has lead hundreds of projects and processes in numerous of companies and organizations. The Company provides consulting services and builds plans and processes for about 100 companies and organizations every year. So far, the company has worked with close to 500 companies and organizations from various industrial sectors.
Avi has rich personal experience working with all the organization’s echelons – Board of Directors, Remuneration Committee, Company Management, and the relevant Unit Managers and Professional Managers. Besides that, Avi is experienced in negotiating with regulatory bodies, institutional entities and all other relevant entities.
Avi holds MBA from the Tel Aviv University.
VP, Senior Consultant
Keren has extensive, variegated experience of close to 15 years in a vast range of Compensation and Benefits areas.
Keren serves as Senior Consultant and Project Manager in the following fields: Executives’ remuneration, building salary and remuneration processes, performance-based remuneration programs, equity-based remuneration etc. Since joining the Company in 2009, Keren has lead hundreds of complex projects spanning all fields of remuneration in leading organizations within Israel’s economy. She has managed and run professional teams of consultants and analysts.
Keren holds BA in economics and psychology from Haifa University and MA in industrial-organizational psychology from the Technion in Haifa.
Operations, Administration and Resources Manager
Experienced in customer relations and office management at consulting firms and banks.
Shela started out at Compvision as the Office Manager and currently she is responsible for all the operational aspects of the Company’s project management business (including everything related to managing the office) and the finances in the Company, including work with customers and suppliers. Shela also coordinates everything related to attending to the Company employees – including welfare and personal matters.
Shela studied Middle Eastern Studies and Human Resources.
Over 15 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits in the private and public sector, over 8 of which at Compvision. Prior to joining the company, Gaby served as a Compensation and Benefits analyst at Amdocs and previously he was Head of the Payroll Programming Team in the IDF Paymaster Administration.
Gabby is intimately familiar with compensation structures and policies in Israel and worldwide. He also has extensive experience in specification and assimilation of remuneration information systems within organizations and in leading salary processes in organizations.
Gaby holds BA in Management and Economics from the Open University, MA in Economics from Tel Aviv University and is Certified Sales Compensation Professional® | CSCP® by WorldatWork.
Sharon has over 10 years of diverse experience in Compensation and Benefits – Executives’ remuneration, equity-based remuneration, performance-based remuneration, building arrays of KPIs etc. As part of his job in the Company Sharon has gained valuable experience in leading operational processes for complex senior executive remuneration programs at large organizations, which include performance-based remuneration in cash and in equity-based remuneration.
Prior to joining Compvision, Sharon served as a team leader and planning and control analyst at Cellcom Mobile.
Sharon holds BA in management from Ben Gurion University.
Compensation and Benefits Senior Analyst
Almog has over 7 years of experience as a budget control, payroll and benefits economist and analyst – Executives’ remuneration, equity-based remuneration, performance-based remuneration, etc. Almog has accrued extensive experience operating senior executive remuneration programs in large organizations.
Prior to joining Compvision, Almog served as a budget and control economist at HOT Cable TV and at the 888 company.
Almog holds BA in economics and management from the Academic College Tel Aviv-Yaffo.
Yuriy has over 10 years of experience as an economist and analyst.
Experienced in building economic models, project management in the field of service to individuals, managing large budgets.
Prior to joining Compvision, Yuriy served as an economist at the Hever Consumer Club and as chief economist at the Company for Location and Restitution of Holocaust Victims’ Assets.
Yuriy holds BA in economics and administration and MBA from the Tel Aviv University.
